Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-16

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Discord bot VerifyGate ("the Bot"). By adding the Bot to your server or using it, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

• The Bot provides surveys, welcome messages, role management and related server administration features.
• Users must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using the Bot.
• You may not use the Bot for illegal activity, abuse, spamming, or harassment of other users.

2. Availability

We aim to keep the Bot reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

3. Premium Services

Some features may require a Premium plan. Premium pricing and scope are described in the Bot's management panel and may change with prior notice to users.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the Bot.

5. Removal of the Bot

Server administrators may remove the Bot from their server at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Bot for servers or users who violate these Terms or Discord's rules.

6. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Contact

For questions about these Terms, please contact us via our Discord support server.
